Craig BrowneCraig is the Managing Director of CCS Corporation and principal developer of the Compatibility Communication System (or CCS), a face-to-face communication tool used by hundreds of organisations throughout Australia and internationally, in areas such as staff training, facilitation, performance review, management meetings, vision and values creation, coaching, mentoring and education.

Originally trained in education and media communication, Craig Browne has spent more than 20 years in teaching, adult education, management, corporate training, learning and development.

In addition to his corporate work, Craig is the inventor of a number of successful board games including, 'Sorts', 'Sorts for kids', 'Deal or no deal’, 'Bert's family feud', 'The biggest loser - round table challenge', 'Childrens charades', 'The price is right', and 'Compatibility.' The latter was picked up by Mattel in 1996 and distributed in 10 countries and 5 languages. He is also a singersongwriter and has recently released his first album, For the dream, on the Relatively Creative music label. Craig BrowneLeonie is General Manager at her company CCS Corporation and is the principal author of the CCS training methodologies and an expert at teaching others to apply the system to their business cases. Leonie also oversees all aspects of CCS Corporation's project selection and management – a role she pursues with strength and motivation.

With a Bachelor of Education, Leonie Cutts has used her extensive education, training and senior management experience to develop a unique philosophy and passionate approach to business.

Leonie has spent many years in both staff and management training roles in national and multinational companies. Throughout this time she has learnt to place a strong emphasis on a manager’s responsibility in staff development and achievement.

As a presenter, Leonie is enthusiastic and always original. Her wide training experience has seen her develop a warm, confident approach to adult education – a style she gainfully employs to deliver the all manner of L&D sessions.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Greg LeeGreg is a highly experienced and accomplished management consultant and trainer, having been involved in corporate training since 1987 and consulting since 1992, with IBM, Mercuri International, Workforce Transformations, Bid Direction and in his own company GMCL & Associates.

 

Greg was initially trained in the IBM consulting method and has maintained a very active interest in methodologies ever since. He is accredited in Situational Leadership, NLP, and MBTI, and is familiar with most other models and frameworks such as EQ, Clare Graves, and Satir. He is currently completing a Doctorate at Macquarie Graduate School of Management.

 

Greg has presented and guest lectured in the USA, maintains contact with mentors at Columbia and Purdue Universities, and has even contributed to their books. Within the broad topics of management consulting and training, Greg specialises in client relationships and value, questioning and listening techniques, presentation framing, and qualitative methods, the latter earning him Macquarie Graduate School of Management's 2005 Order Of Merit Award.

 

Currently Greg works predominantly in Australia, New Zealand, and Asia. He works extensively in the banking and finance sector, while around half of his work is in the IT sector.

 

His client list ranges from a number of regional SMEs to large Australian banks and multinationals such as HSBC, Morgan Stanley, National Australia Bank, Novell, Panasonic and Rexel. Recent assignments include Department of Defence communications networks, Telstra e-government strategies, George Patterson & Partners client management and SITA marketing strategy.

 

Greg’s formal qualifications include B.Sc., M.B.A., M.Appl. Res.

 

 

 

 

 

Maureen MossMaureen is recognised by her peers and her clients as one of Australia’s leading practitioners and coaches of communications and leadership skills – all based on frameworks and techniques for dealing with people.

 

After beginning her career as a teacher, Maureen subsequently undertook roles in sales, training and management with Telstra, Mercuri International, Bid Pty Ltd and more recently her own enterprise. Maureen has over 14 years training and consulting experience working with clients as diverse as NRMA, CSR, Knight Frank, AGL, Kyocera, CBA,Westpac, and Rabobank, in Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. She has worked with elite sportspeople such as the Australian cricket team and Sydney Olympians, and coached up to MD and CEO levels via both the Australian Institute of Company Directors and her own organisation.

 

Clients from all levels regularly make comments such as "no-one else has Maureen’s ability to demonstrate and coach our desired behaviours" and "Maureen has the maturity to ask probing questions plus the experience to answer our own challenging questions of her".
